Worst customer service. We purchased a multi car monthly recurring membership. We used it 3 times then they decided to do a 12 days of free car washes all day long and we can’t get near the place. They didn’t have the courtesy to keep one lane open for their existing customers and they are just rude about it. The parking lot is blocked and you get stuck trying to just get out. Poor planning, poor management, no response to my lodged complaint with customer service over 5 days ago. Consumer beware. It speaks volumes about a company when they put non paying non members first and ignore the needs of their existing would be loyal customers. If you have another car wash you like and have used in the past, go there. These people are a joke. Bad bad bad business practices. I’m confident they’ll respond to my review with some canned response to try and make themselves look good. Shame on you Quick Quack, you’re a waste of time and money.
