Upon my first purchase, there was an error in availablity of a specific fabric, I recieved a call right away and the customer service people were so kind, and very helpful in finding me an appropriatte substitute fabric at a gr8 price, it was shipped and recieved really quickly, I am very pleased with my fabric.
