Between the drug deals, gun shots, car break ins and homeless I would not recommend this community. JSO back out again because the homeless are bathing in the pools and sleeping here like they own the place. Management and maintenance are aware and come to find out the complex has never filled a trespassing notice so they will continue to come. Do not fall for a community service officer as there are none. Management will tell you it’s not there responsibility. Broxton Bay hired security to patrol due to the same issues however Mirador and Stovall turn and blind eye and only care about collecting rent. RUN!!!!!
