Everything 525 Long Term Care (LTC) did for us was excellent. My only complaint about Timeliness wasn't actually 525's fault but rather the amount of time the insurance company took to approve my application. BTW, 525 was able to find me long term coverage at the same price as other applicants even though I have had Type 1 diabetes since I was in my teens. When I've investigated coverage in the past (without actually applying), I've always been warned that I would not qualify or if I did happen to qualify I'd be paying an exorbitant price. That was not the case with 525; they felt I would qualify and they were right. Thank you Brian Ott and Madalyn Lutsch for all the work you did!!!
