We brought our 2 kittens here for vaccines and deworming plus an exam /fecal test. The vet barely said anything, didn’t thoroughly check out the kittens and tried to diagnose one of them with an eye issue that she clearly doesn’t have. Then the fecal sample took forever and they never called to give results. We had to continuously call to get the results. On the second visit for vaccinations the nurse didn’t seem like she knew how to give shots. She poked my cats several times and now they’re very sore. Some of the vaccine was also spilled onto their fur. Staff was rude when we asked if there would be issues afterwards because they didn’t get the full vaccine. Some of the staff are very nice, but some are rude. The vet seems like she’s just out to get as much money as possible. We will never go to this vet again, definitely recommend going elsewhere! They may mistreat or misdiagnose your pet!
