Don’t Hire Spring Generator --------- I hired Spring Generator to install a generator in February of 2001 and paid my deposit at that time, prior to installation I changed to a different generator, when the installation was complete at the end of August 2021 Spring Generator owed me over $1000.00 from the equipment change. I contacted their office and Jessica confirmed that they did owe me money but that David Anderson (the owner of the company) would have to approve the refund. During the past year I have talked to David, Jessica and Veronica on the phone several times, left voice mails, sent emails to David and his office staff but I get nothing but run around. They are no longer returning any communication with me. Do your research and don’t rely on fake reviews, there is a reason Spring Generator has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau!
