Like I described to Denzel, this product is missing an important thing. It doesn't have a signal to alert the wearer as to when to recharge the unit. It's left up to the User to remember this. Elderly people who have all types of disabilities have difficulties. My wife has severe dementia. Please correct this problem. Currently, I'm seeking another carrier because of this systematic problem. In general, I am not satisfied! Do something please!
