I called for information and talked to Wendee. She is very knowledgeable! I ended up getting the oil for me and a friend. My friend got 500mg and said it helped her hands and knees, she has arthritis. I got the 1000mg, I just take it when I have pain instead of ibuprofen. I know if I would get on a regimen of taking it everyday, I probably wouldn't have any pains. Thank you Wendee
