I scheduled their service four weeks ago. Three times, meaning three weeks Phil canceled. I now have an overgrown lawn and will have to pay an overgrown premium to another company to mow it. I have called the main office several times and their phones are disconnected. There are many reputable companies out there I suggest having a good phone number you can get a hold of customer service and shop around. Lawn Starter is not one of the better companies...well unless you like being canceled on, then they are a perfect fit
