I gave a 4.5 score on the quality and value because I was not able to closely see the entire repair of our roof although I can see from below and from the images sent to us after the repair that the pipe boots were repaired and the tiles were realigned properly . I can happily say that the employees of Roof Rx that we dealt with whether it be thru texts or messages, virtually, or the workers in person were courteous, professional and very prompt in replying to our questions and concerns. We are fully satisfied with the service and the cost of the repair. We will surely recommend Roofrx to our friends and anyone with roofing needs. Thank you for making it easy for us.
