The technician came out, looked but never touched our air conditioner and said it was broken and we needed to buy a new one. He also told me that they only service central air conditioning and I had told the dispatcher several times it was a wall unit. As far as the problem with the unit, it's only a couple years old and I would later find out we only needed to replace our filter. Something seemed very strange about them knowing it was a wall unit and still sending someone to our home. I'm posting a review to let people know that they are unnecessarily gained access to our home, and I find that to be unusual and concerning. Especially when I told them several times it was a wall unit.
