Wound care nurse specificaly told me husband's wounds looked good as I was concerned about a new place on his toe. Apparently Brightstar only evaluates and tends to the specific wounds listed in doctors notes, nothing else or new - not looking at overall health. In ER and ICU with Sepsis and Afib later that same day, necrotic toe and ended up loosing foot. So if you use them, keep involved and dont trust their work.
