I met with Andrew Rutherford in regards to discussing and eventually replacing windows, he was very through with his presentation and how the whole process works. Juan Garay was the project manger for my installation, he arrived on time as promised and was very professional and did a great job with quality work that was performed. There was a small issue with two windows that arrived from the manufacturer, one grate in between the was off center about an inch and the sash was a little damaged. Representative Eddie arrived on scene took photos and informed that it will taken care of.
