I called after receiving my fabric and found on 11/4 yards had a sticky film on backside of fabric, after telling Sue (customer service) what the problem was she sent me 3 and 5/8 yards totally free and sent to me within 4 days. I am very satisfied with my experience with Toto Fabrics!
