We purchased our Riverside Retro 189R almost a year ago. Marty was very helpful during the purchase process, especially because we were first-time buyers. We had to bring it back for some warranty work twice, but for different issues. I had read of other people having their rv stuck for weeks or even months at service departments of other dealers. Amazing RVs’ service department is truly amazing because we got ours back within 3 weeks the first time and only 2 weeks this last time. We are very thankful we had the good fortune to have found Amazing RVs for both our purchase and service needs.
