AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will overcharge for low quality parts! I had the 2 front struts on my car replaced in July. It cost me a whopping $750. When I returned to my hometown in February, I had my car inspected by a trusted mechanic we've known for years. He told us that the struts were of poor quality and needed to be replaced again. This time, it would cost less that $400. Because of Pellman's use of poor quality struts, the tread of my snow tires is COMPLETELY gone on the inside. I've only had these high-quality tires for less than a year, but I will need to replace them immediately. I trusted this company and paid a ridiculous amount, only to discover they did a terrible job. They care more about profit than people. It seems like others have had similar experiences. I will never do business with them again.
