Really really upset and ungrateful with this funeral home to start off we went directly to their funeral home and spoke with them about a cremation viewing for a loved one they told us they give us a call for days available to do the cremation they didn’t do it instead they cremated my loved one without letting us know or giving us a call they also said that they would a check they owe us because we originally wanted a burial but the body was in a really bad decomposition state for a viewing so we decided to cremate him but they took matters into their own hands they owe like 6-5 thousand dollars and they made us go directly there to pick up the check they said they would mail us (I would not recommend this douchebag funeral home to anyone.)
