I rated the business as a 1 on 7-25-23 after receiving an email asking for a review prior to receiving my package and not receiving an email reply. I spoke with an employee after that review and felt assured my package would be arriving within a short period. I'm not sure how, but my Braves hitch cover arrived today after I received an email this morning saying it had shipped. Therefore, my rating has changed to an Overall grade of 4.4. I would purchase from them again, with the understanding that they're a small business with limited employee help.
