RoofMaxx and GuaranteedRoof did a great job at each step of the process. They were prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and set an appointment for the evaluation/qualification of my roof to ensure that the process would extend its life. Jeff patiently answered all my preinstallation questions and scheduled the work. Jake came out within a week to prep (tune-up) my roof, caulking as needed, then spraying the entire roof. He was done within the estimated 2 hour timeframe and was very friendly and professional. Afterward, I called GuaranteedRoof with a few post installation and warranty questions. Matt (one of the owners) returned my call and answered all my questions and sent me detailed pictures of my roof along with additional information about the product development, testing and results. Overall, everyone was outstanding. The work was done recently so I can't speak to the final outcome, but I have a high level of confidence that my 20 year old (architectural singles) roof is in good shape for a least 5 years or more!
