The ratchet was not working and needs a different way to hook up. Finally just left it off. The stops are great and work well. I have a very strong boxer so I went with the extreme because of the trolley. Over all, I am very satisfied except with the ratchet, holds up great to her strength and pulling. Customer service was great and questions answered very fast.
