We have used KNOX for one year now. December of 2019 we moved into a house that as the days went by we seen more and more lady bugs all over house literally thousands. We called Knox pest control and they sent out Michael. Michael was on time and explained all about the ladybugs and how they would show up every year. He sprayed for the ladybugs and by that night we had thousands of ladybugs dead on our floors inside and outside. Over this year 2020 we have had to have KNOX has control out many times four different reasons. Always on time and willing to explain all about the past and what they do to treat it. Including termites. Here it is a year later and Gary and Michael just treated us for our ladybugs again but because we called as soon as we seen them everything is under control. We moved from the West coast, Georgia was a whole new world to me when it came to insects. But thanks to Knox pest control, Ramona, Michael, and Gary they made it a whole lot easier to enjoy the transition. We love it here.
