My AC went out on a 90 degree day. I called around to over 20 businesses all booked until the end of July and mid August. All Climate was booked until the next week. Laura called me twenty minutes after I first called informing me of a cancellation. She had tech Carlos to my house within 2 hours! Carlos was professional, courteous, quick and efficient to find the issue. He was in and out within an hour. Luckily it was only a loose wire from the furnace causing the AC not to power on!
