I did my research and there are dozens of promotional preparation companies out there but I can say after working with him I choose the best one. It was definitely a great investment in my future scoring number 1 on the exam. As soon as I signed up Chief Fernandez contacted me scheduled the coaching sessions and gave me a plan of action. His videos gave me a great foundation to build upon in conjunction with the one on one training and coaching. Chief Fernandez took me step by step through the in-basket and scenario-based interview process. He allowed me to practice it just like my assessment would be and provided me with so much great feedback. Every coaching session we had I learned something new. I felt confident and felt as those I did everything I could have done to prepare for the assessment.
