DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. This place will treat you, family, and your sick injured pet like dog poop after being customers with no issue for almost 12 years. STAFF SAID MY CHILD WAS BEHAVING BADLY FOR PLAYING WITH A TOY CAR. News flash: kids play with toys and not all of them have money for a fancy Nintendo switch or I-pad. So essentially we were too poor to be there , or maybe my kids were too hispanic to be there.....hmmmm....it's not that he was badly behaved. And while they and extremely rude Karen like customer belittled me and my children infront of everyone , with the upmost concern for all of the dogs, they had no care in the world about my sick, possibly injured cat. The doctor refused to see her because of how we treated the staff. I will be reporting this to the vetinary licensing board or whoever I need to as my cat had a fever and should have been treated that day. This is an ethics violation, that will likely get a little slap on the wrist, but will show the poor quality of care they actually give to pets. Of course if you tell a child they are badly behaved for being a child and let a customer and staff belittle, embarrass, and be snotty towards a small child the mother and sister are likely to say something and not just let you treat their family member like he is a bad kid when he was willing to spend his money on the sick cat because mom didn't have enough because he loves the cat so much, instead of getting a fancy electronic device you stuck up snobs.That's not a bad child and everyone involved, especially the staff should be ashamed of themselves. Instead of blaming the mom and sister for sticking up for a child who was doing nothing wrong, you should get a huge mirror and look at yourselves.
