Very very disrespectful on the phone and in person. Called last week for a "free" estimate and they came out to my house, looked around and told me after 10 minutes I had a leak. After they told me I had a leak I asked for an estimate and they said it would be $545 just to pinpoint the leak + coming out to give my "free" estimate. Called them out on it and the guy got very hostile and dirty mouthed. Would never recommend.
