Satisfying experience from start to finish. It is always nice to be able to go on a weekend visit to Florida and not have to worry about anything but having a good time. Wayne and his drivers made sure of this. Both of our drivers were safe, kind, and punctual. We even had a significant flight delay early the morning we were supposed to leave and even though it was a busy day for the business, he worked us around and got us a later pick up time. This enabled us to spend four more hours with our friends whom we hadn't seen in a year and a half. We appreciate the great customer service that comes along with Airport Express of St. Augustine and if we ever come back, I know who I am calling.
