I'm an engineer. I did the research on this weight loss system and everything seemed to make sene except for the amount of weight everyone says they are losing. It didn't seem possible that they could being losing that much weight when I was struggling for years to lose 10 lbs. I tried the weight loss system and reduced 40 lbs in about 2 months and it was manageable.
