I first joined JR7 at the beginning of 2021. James was very welcoming and friendly but he also makes you work. JR7 helped me become a better player on and off the field thanks to his mental performance training. I have improved a lot over the time I have spent doing JR7 but one aspect that sticks out to me was how well my passing improved.
