School supply did not arrive on-time. We ordered mid-June a school supply box for our 3rd grader. Here comes the first day of school and we receive an email 3 days prior on August 13 informing that because of the pandemic, school supplies won't be delivered. So we have no time to plan for a back up solution. We understand it could be a challenge to get everything available during the covid-19 pandemic, but good practice would be to let us know ahead of time so our little one could have the bare minimum with him. This is the worst experience and we will not use their service ever again.
