I go 3-5 times per week and do speed zone and stretch and core classes. This is what enjoy and feel I get the best workout with the instructors. Some are more enthusiastic than others and also make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The music lately has not been to my liking. Mostly rap. I enjoy a mix. My first choice would be classic rock.
