We recently ordered 180 balusters, that equates to three boxes of 60 each. We received box #1 and #2 on the same day as each other. They were both in very bad shape but still contained our order of 60 per box. Several days later, we received box #3, it was in terrible shape! If fact, it had been resealed, apparently by UPS. It had two packages of Gatorade taped to the box. When we opened it we found only some of our order, several balusters were missing, the enclosed were without paper in between them and all were badly scratched, one was bent beyond use. My wife contacted the company. Without question, a replacement box of 60 was sent to us that day! We received it in the same shape as the first two boxes of this order. We were able to use these and finish our front deck and porch. They really make our decks and porch snap! Looks like Bourbon Street! Not only are we happy with our purchase, we are flat amazed with the great customer service! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING METAL BALUSTERS, DON’T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT DECK EXPRESSIONS!
