Ron has been my home exterminator for awhile. He’s very kind, he takes great care in and around my property and always with a smile. He is efficient and on time. He communicates in a professional yet friendly manner. He is actually my fourth representative from Knox and I would say that each one of them have shown the same courtesy and professionalism as Mr. Ron. I appreciate the value I’m getting for my money and the confidence that Knox will take care of any issues I have. My previous extermination company did not take care of my problem after 3 years, with promise after promise. Knox “knocked” it out in less than six months.
