I just wanted to follow up on a recent visit with Visionworks. I have always been extremely happy with my Blue Cross coverage, however dealing with Visionworks was terrible. I'm not gonna write a 3 page explanation, although I'll be happy to talk to anyone that wants to listen, but it was not pleasant and there service in non-existent. Just one of many examples. When I went to pick up my new glasses, instead of sitting with me and making sure they fit correctly, I was just handed the glasses.
