Mr. Van Hook is an amazing trainer! I felt myself getting stronger as I continued to train. There is an amazing work out environment where I feel safe and secure, as well as strong and cared for. He made sure that the workout I was doing was personalized for me, and he encouraged me to push myself to be the best I can. He pushed me to be better than I even thought I was. The equipment is clean, the people are friendly, and the workout is everything I can ask for and more.
