Techs. were Michael and Alec- both young but we’re great and did a excellent job in all aspects including communicating with me direct. Both told me to contact them direct if any issues came up. My glen tire indoor furnace had to be replaced and it went through HSA Home Warranty and everything went smooth….there were some parts issues but that was to be expected given the age of my system and duct work. Great company and people. And the warranty company was also good.
