They are so freaking rude...I've never seen such bad service in my life, Yesterday evening, I ran into rainbow upon entering no one acknowledged me, then upon checking out the big black girl was really rude, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, then when she finally came to the register, she walked up and said WHAT IS IT WHAT DO YOU WANT and before I Snapped come to find out she was on her phone with the ear phones in her ear. NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING She has a bad attitude DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. EVERY CITI TRENDS I HAVE BEEN TO CAHOKIA, FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS THEY ALL HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES.
