My experience is only via making purchases online. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I regret not having the pleasure of visiting the salon. My only complaint is that at times one places an order on a"Tuesday" and "Thursday" a massive sale pops up in your email. The company should give you the sale prices. Other times it seems that you purchase x items of sale product one and when you try to switch to sale item two it treats it as a separate purchase, thus having to pay two separate shipping fees. I do really like the teaching and responding to a question videos.
