Don't take your dog (family member) here EVER!!!! My girl a 7&1/2 month old was taking to the veterinarian doctor on Monday and left with a clear bill of health, took her to this place Tuesday when I picked her up on Saturday she had yellowish/green thick mucus coming out her nose. I went to her veterinarian this morning (Tuesday) and now my girl has pneumonia! Was informed this is contracted from dog to dog. They tried to over charge me when I picked her up! I got 2 different prices for her nail trimming and they tried to say she came in on Monday when it was Tuesday. Then treated my as if I was lieing about her check in day (which I wasn't) shotty booking on their part! (Dont trust them, question everything). When I called them Sunday after the pick up on Saturday to inform about my girl being sick, all I got was "if she isn't coughing then it's not kennel cough, it's not my place, your dog just isn't use to being outside"!!!!!!! #rudeness #dirty #terriblecare.
