This company is truly a SCAM, no other ways of putting it. I am so upset I never looked at reviews before "hiring" them last summer. They lie to sign you into a contract with them and then when they don't do the services promised, they try to charge a cancellation fee of $150.I was home when the technician came to do his bimonthly service and watched him stand in our backyard on his phone. He was at our home for a total of 5 minutes and I received a bill for $199. Now when I refuse to pay for a service that wasn't completed, they tell me it will be sent to collections. HOW IS THIS FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE? I am appalled by their customer service- it's all overseas, of course so dealing with someone who can actually help is far and in between. If I have one bit of advice, it would be to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
