They charge you for a callback, that's all you need to know. Dr Wheeler seems to be a professional and I tried to establish a long term patient-doctor relationship as of recommendations from people I know, but the clinic experience is deep below the claimed stars and very disappointing. When I first tried to schedule an appointment I was told to wait and had to listen to the music for 10 minutes or so just to hear that they hung up. Got an appointment only for the second call. The overall clinic experience was below average, they messed up with the birth date retyping it from my drivers license and charged me for the callback after the annual checkup: I got a ~1 minute call from the clinic representative to hear that my results from the lab are available on the patient portal. They charged me 200$ for that call like for a full office visit. As a summary: 5 stars to the doctor, -4 to the clinic. Won't return, would not recommend, and you've lost 3 more returning patients that recommended you to me.
