The customer service rep, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, was so helpful. I was there for a designer who needed something that day. The rep was so helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the designer and customer changed their minds and we didn't end up using the light fixture. However, I so appreciated the rep's willingness to help me. I have used Whitmer's before and will definitely use and recommend your store again.
