Very grateful I found Brian and his team. I would recommend them without the slightest hesitation. The structured nature of the process really stood out to me. It sort of forces you to meet Brian and his team half-way with a fair amount of self-education and self-advocacy. You’re required to think about the options, trade-offs, what is important to you, etc. If you make the time investment in education, and are open and honest throughout the process, I really think you’re going to land on the best long term care solution. Brian isn’t really a salesman. Feels more like a partner in a way. Options are presented, not pushed. Definitely nothing like buying a car or perhaps some other insurance products. Madeline and Kristen are exceptional. Incredibly efficient. Emails get a prompt reply, scheduled calls start on time, etc. You get the impression nothing falls through the cracks. Bottom line, in the world of long term care insurance, I really don’t think you can do better than working with Brian and his team at 525 advisors. I’m very grateful that they’ve helped to provide the peace of mind knowing my wife and I will never be a burden on our family. It feels great knowing that an inheritance, and a positive legacy, will be guaranteed.
