The NutriClear Plus, 15-day cleanse is easy to follow and does not taste like chalk. We were hoping to see big changes in energy and overall health but we don't have any health issues, eat fairly clean, and don't take medication so, health changes were very subtle (clean pipes, no bloating, etc.) I have to say that not everyone can afford the $160 price-tag but, you probably make up that amount in grocery savings for 15 days. The bottom line, it's a good way to reset after the holidays or vacation and we'll probably do it again next year.
