I enjoy my time at the gym with my personal trainer. I appreciate her being so focused on me and how I am performing the exercise given to me. I also appreciate the fact she pushes me to do better & achieve my goals. My one complaint is the equipment in the She's Fit area is not up to the same caliber as the other section. The fact they work on bands rather than weights makes it harder to monitor your own progress.
