Beginning of March 2022 ( last year), I had some issues with my old furnace that decide to stopped working in the colder days of last Winter.
I made a request for a repair through my Home Warranty and first they did send me a contractor that were out of business ( I assume they didn't know at first).
After waiting 1 full day for this contractor to get in touch with me and getting no response, I resolve to contact my Home Warranty again.
At this time they perform another request for 3 more contractors, which 1 was only available in about 1 week, another one in 3 days and then Nick from Cool Ducts were possible available by the end of the day or the next day.
After meeting and having Nick to fix my furnace, I can say he is very professional, very knowledgeable with his work, very responsible, very respectful, prompt, has a excellent sense of humor ( there isn't any problem that boring him , he is always happy, don't matter what
