Boxing Ontario registered club offering competitive, recreational, for fitness and for self-defense group and private class for all ages. We compete at tournaments on a regular basis and we travel to do sparing with other clubs. You can enjoy doing the intense training/conditioning of a boxer and reap the benefits, exercises are adapted for everyone so you can follow your own rhythm. We offer drop-in and monthly membership with no contracts. Beginners are welcome at anytime, no appointment required, just look up the schedule and come visit us. We look forward to meet you.
