Matt Pearson began his career in the Mortgage industry in 1998, where he served as a Mortgage Loan Originator helping Veterans and their families secure home loan financing. In the more than 20 years since, Matt has worked in a number of key positions of the mortgage industry including mortgage processing and mortgage servicing, allowing him to gain meaningful insight and experience in multiple facets of mortgage operations.
Matt specializes in all of Colonial’s mortgage programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Single Close Construction, Jumbo, Cash-Out Refinancing, Home Equity Loans and more. Because of
Matt’s extensive mortgage background, he knows first-hand how important it is to educate his clients from the very beginning to help them understand just what to expect during the home loan process.
Matt enjoys interacting and getting to know his clients personally while helping families with one of the most important purchases of their lifetime. He also enjoys helping borrowers plan for their future, whether it be a five-year or 25-year plan. Matt knows that in today’s high-speed world, people tend to only plan for the short term. His goal is to help prepare his clients for the future.
Outside of the mortgage business, Matt has two boys, 13 and 16, and is a proud supporter of the Alliance for Children – Tarrant County.
