Bob then began his career as a loan processor where he learned the backend of the process; then he was quickly promoted to loan officer; and finally, he was promoted to branch manager. He has closed hundreds of VA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgage, and Hard Money loans throughout his career. Bob has been the number one producer for two years in a row at his brokerage, which has over 100 licensed agents. As an agent who is an expert in this local area, he brings a wealth of mortgage broker knowledge and expertise surrounding real estate sales. Bob has a BA in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in S.C. He loves to learn the new and upcoming strategies which this fast-paced real estate world offers.
