Only complaint is the water cooler/dispenser should be filtered, s.Surrey tap water needs to be filtered and cooler.

The only chatter I've heard about club 16, and I'm being honest, is: Why do women get two gyms and men only one, but we pay the same price? I think the gym is clean and good value overall...but its a reasonable point

My PT Alyssa was amazing! Friendly staff. Always say hello and goodbye. I also go to Tsawwassen location and it’s rare that staff bother to greet you or say goodbye.

Had a trainer for 12 sessions (Tara) excellent I am 75 and haven’t felt so good! I however haven’t been for a bit as have had family issues but will be back soon! Thank you, your staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your product

my biggest complaint and it happens 90% of the time I am there is that the machines on the roc circuit are being used by people not doing the circuit some never leaving a machine the entire time I am there

I would enjoy the experience more if the equipment was repaired in a more timely manner. Having pieces of equipment down for a few weeks is not satisfying your customers. I would expect that the Club could get a quicker turn around on repairs if they demanded better response from their suppliers of the equipment, for repair parts and maintenance service.

I enjoy my time at the gym with my personal trainer. I appreciate her being so focused on me and how I am performing the exercise given to me. I also appreciate the fact she pushes me to do better & achieve my goals. My one complaint is the equipment in the She's Fit area is not up to the same caliber as the other section. The fact they work on bands rather than weights makes it harder to monitor your own progress.

The staff is welcoming when you walk through the door. When I first started at Club 16 I got a trainer who was a perfect match for me we got along great. We had so much income which was awesome it made me feel more comfortable, confident and excited about going to the gym.
