I wish there were more weight room equipment upstairs in She’s Fit, instead of cardio machines and just circuit. A leg press, for instance.

Very good service. Knowledgeable trainers. Counter staff could use some better training on how to operate computer reservation systems, although I realize that finding and retaining good staff can be difficult. Could use more pins for the free weights; those always seem to go missing. Well-maintained machines. Good value.

On occasion it seems to take an inordinate amount of time to repair some of the exercise machines. Also, there is also 1-2 pins missing (to adjust the weights) from the machines and one has to take one from another machine. On occasion, TV sets are not working on the treadmills. Therefore, have to move around to find one that is working.

Overall facilities very good with friendly helpful staff. However, my first payment was duplicated on the same day and despite my sending in supporting information this has still not been rectified.
